Today is also Mom and Dad's anniversary! We haven't done really much to celebrate it...just dad took off work today. We also ordered some cake from "sweet life" for daddy's birthday (which is the 18th), and doing so we decided to order a late anniversary cake thing that is called a "silk" to eat on his birthday as well. I don't really know why it's called a "silk", but it fits since it's Mom and Dad's "silk"--just some weird thing about how long you've been married (11th year is steel and 12th is silk...ect.)--anniversary!
